Within walking distance from most of the estates, the planned Ponticello community center named Centrale’ provides owners with gardens to stroll through on their way to private workout facilities, meeting rooms, tennis, swimming, indoor golf simulator, historical museum, and a world-class intimate restaurant.  Just a few short minutes separate Ponticello from Oro Valley’s main shopping district, fine dining, medical facilities, golf courses, Catalina State Park and Town center.

Guests of Ponticello residents can choose a limited short term stay in one of the Centrale’s Casitas for a nightly fee.  Guest Casitas come complete with their own kitchen, living room and walking distance to all Centrale’s facilities.
